With better understanding and learned skills youngsters can resolve the internal conflict
and its outward manifestations which arise from difficult feelings. In this series we will look at
four very important feelings and provide applicable ways to peacefully deal with them.

When I Feel Alone!
Most of us feel alone at some time or another but we can also feel alone when things happen that are out of our control like when parents are divorcing, a best friend has moved, or being left out when friends get together.

When I Feel Afraid!
When we are afraid it can be a paralyzing feeling like when we're afraid of getting beat up, afraid when parents fight or afraid of what others might think of us.

When I Feel Jealous!
Jealousy is a difficult feeling to recognize and we often mistake it for anger like when mom's new boyfriend is around, or the most popular kid at school seems stuck-up or even when people make us share things we want.

When I Feel Different!
It seems important to be just like everyone else, but feeling different can sometimes allow us to feel special. The differences explored are: socio-economic, physical an ethnic.
